Jim Watson is a Commercial Account Executive and Licensed Insurance Consultant for Hoiness LaBar Insurance, a member of the Payne Financial Group Inc., located in Billings. Jim has over 37 years insurance experience as an agent, agency owner, and company underwriter. Jim earned his Bachelor's degree in business administration and economics from Montana State University-Billings. He also obtained his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1983 and his Certified Workers Compensation Counselor (CWCC) designation in 2006. Jim obtained his Montana Insurance Consultant's license in 2005.
Steve Nitz graduated from Montana State University. After graduation, Mr. Nitz entered into the US Air Force. After spending 8 years in the military, he returned to Billings and joined his father at Executive Property Services Inc., managing commercial buildings in Montana and Wyoming. Mr. Nitz was one of the original organizers of Beartooth Bank, and has been on the Board of Directors since its inception.
Norman Miller is a native of Billings and a graduate of the University of Montana, with a Bachelor's degree in History. After retiring as a career army officer, Mr. Miller returned to Billings to manage his commerical and agricultural real estate holdings. He is a also a partner in Miller Miller Realtors.
Bruce Lee is an experienced businessman and works in the fields of law, real estate and ranching. He attended law school at the University of Montana in Missoula where he received a Juris Doctorate degree with honors. Mr. Lee is now a practicing attorney, specializing in real estate, wills, probate, contracts and entity formation. Mr. Lee also manages property in Billings, and is active in his family ranching business.
Tim Hudson is a lifelong Billings resident. He is a residential and commercial broker with Montana Real Estate Brokers. He earned a Bachelor's degree from Rocky Mountain College. Presently, he is Treasurer for the Billings Association of Realtors, 2010 Past President of the Billings Association of Realtors, Association Management Chair for the Montana Assocation of Realtors and a director and executive committee member on both the local and state Realtor's association. He is a successful developer of affordable housing. He currently serves on several community committees. He was recognized in 2010 by RM3 magazine for a community service award as a "Best in Billings Realtor".
Lawrence Halvorson has been a resident of Billings for over twenty five years. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from North Dakota State University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Moorhead State. He served 2 years in the Peace Corps teaching English in North Yemen; taught special Education for 6 years in Sheridan WY, owned and operated Ben Franklin Crafts in Billings for twenty two years. He was Director of Residential and Day Services for Step, Inc. in Billings for 3 years. He currently serves on the board of AIDSpirit USA. Mr. Halvorson is now retired.
Joe Lynch is a professional pilot and is employed by Edward Jet Service as Director of Training, Safety Officer and Company Liaison to the Federal Aviation Administration. Mr. Lynch is rated as an Airline Transport Pilot and is a Certified Flight Instructor. He also serves as FAA Part 135 Company Check Airman and is the Lead Pilot for the Saint Vincent's Healthcare fixed wing Air Ambulance program.
Richard Kosmicki has been a Billings resident for over forty years. Mr. Kosmicki received his Bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota. Mr. Kosmicki currently works in the field of property management as Vice President of United Industry, Inc.
Thomas Pelatt is a life long Billings resident and has been principally employed for over thirty years as the President of Capital Development, Inc. Mr. Pelatt is also a partner in CJ's Bar and Grille and the owner of Capital Acceptance Corp. Mr. Pelatt previously served as President of the Billings Metrapark Board and the Hilands Country Club of Billings.
